Based on the last weeks experience we already know that by using plants it is possible to get some flavors almost 1:1.
Best examples are Scrambled v-eggs (tofu based) and Eggs-free… “eggs” paste. Yummy food and 🐔🐔🐔 having better life.
I bet You wouldn't like to know how mass milk & cheese production looks like. It's unbelievable what the animals experience and how sad life they have.
At many stores we can find hard cheese substitutes, mostly made of coconuts.
What with cottage cheese.......substitutes 🧐
Today I share recipe for Vegan cottage cheese made of almonds 🙃
It is really easy, filling and healthy.

Soak the almonds through the night. The next day peel them (the peel is coming off easily). Rinse them under cold water and drain.
Almonds and the other ingredients (besides dill or parsley) put together. Use blender to mix it till You get a smooth texture. Add dill or parsley. Optionally add: radish, garlic, Your favorite adding 🙂
Put into jar and storage in the fridge.
