Tagliatelle pasta with super Trio
I learn to eat pasta :) However it sounds, it is the truth.
My memory from childhood is spaghetti pasta served with tomato sauce (oil, onion and tomato concentrate).
Eating these for years did a job.
After years, I discovered tagliatelle and I love it ☺️
My friends invited me for a diner and served pasta with vegetables. The original recipe included much more ingredients but at final was adjusted to a vegan option 😀
This is an economical version- of course we can use fresh spinach and cook beetroots.
I made it of ready products. Easy and quick 🙂
- I encourage to buy vegetables and fruit which maybe don't look super but are good. The carrots I bought, looked like the 2nd category but were still sweet, juicy and full of vitamins 🥰
- I serve it with my favorite thyme tofu and roasted sunflower seeds;
