First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!

1 kg of sweet potatoes
0,8 kg of potatoes
0,3 kg of carrots
3 tablespoons of oil
2 garlic cloves
1,2l of water (we add it in 2 parts)
2 tablespoons of yeast flakes (nutritional yeast)- to add at the end
1 tablspoon of apple vinegar- to add at the end
Spices:
1 teaspoon of curry
2 teaspoons of sweet pepper
pinch of ginger
pinch of black pepper
3 teaspoons of salt
Optionally: roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds, tomatoes in oil , parsley

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Bake the sweet potatoes and garlic (without peeling) in the oven for 30-40 minutes. at 180 degrees. If the potatoes are big, cut them into half.
Dice potatoes and carrots. Use a larg pot. Add 3 tablespoon of oil and diced vegetables. Keep it on high heat for a while till it starts to fry. After that add 600 ml of water and all spices (apart from apple vinegar). Increase heat for a while to make it boiling and then cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Cool down the sweet potatoes and garlic. Peel and cut them into smaller pieces. Add them to the pot and cook for another 10 min. Then blend it all. Add another 600 ml of water, yeast flakes and apple vinegar. Make it boiling. Done !
Serve with roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds (1 spoon per serving) tomatoes in oil (3 pcs. for 6 servings- cut it into thin stripes) or fresh parsley.
