Why the sour cucumbers and cabbage should be included into our diet? First of all because they are FULL of natural probiotics. We should take care of our immunity all year long but an autumn time is quite special, so it is good to be ready.
- I usually cook 3-4 kg of beetroots at once 🙂 Depending on size it takes 1h on low heat. If You don't have time buy a jar of grated beetroot;
Add a bit of garlic and done 👌
