Pumpkin purée (preparation: about 1-1,5h)

Preparing pumpkin purée:
1st option:

  • rinse the pumpkin,cut it into two halves,
  • place the halves skin-side-down onto a baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 45min.-1h in 180 degrees (flesh should be already soft and come away from the skin),
  • let it cool down,
  • scoop out the pumpkin seeds,
  • move softened flesh to the blender dish and blend it till getting smooth texture;

Tips: I don't have the oven. I use the electric pot. In this case I cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces (like on the picture in the gallery of this recipe). About 45 min. in 180 degrees and pumpkin is ready.

2nd option:
  • rinse the pumpkin,
  • cut it into two halves- peel it by cutting off the thin layer of skin,
  • scoop out the pumpkin seeds and stringy flesh,
  • cut it into small pieces,
  • put it into heat-resistant dish and roast for about 45 min. in 180 degrees,
  • let it cool down & blend it;
