First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!

1 nori leaf
6 tablespoons of warm water
1 cube of smoked tofu 180g
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (I use Vegan Develey)
2,5 tablespoons of yeast flakes (nutritional yeast)
3 teaspoons of mustard
3/4 teaspoon of salt
pinch of black pepper
Optionally: chives, dill or parsley (whatever You like)

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Nori leaf cut into smaller pieces. Put to a long dish and add 6 tablespoons of warm water. Leave for 5 minutes.
Cut tofu into smaller cubes. Add to the dish with nori leaf. Add the rest of ingredients: mustard, mayonnaise, yeast flakes, salt and black pepper. Blend it for 2-3 minutes, till the paste is smooth.
Serve on bread . Optionally add chives, dill or parsley (whatever You like). Enjoy! 😋
