Description

Hummus...... it is an important -VERY healthy and tasty- part or my diet.

We can use different herbs and spices  to create our own favorite version.
It is essential to use sesame paste (tahini)  to get reach taste and smooth texture.

Tips:

  • In a tin/ jar with chickpeas we can find aquafaba (liquid part). Aquafaba is a vegan substitute of egg.
    3 tablespoons of aquafaba =1 whole egg. Aquafaba is an ingredient of vegan butter or fluffy cake with strawberries :)
  • 1 tin of chickpeas is 420 g, drained 240 g
  • If You have a high speed blender then great. I have only a hand blender, so it takes a bit more attention to grind all and get smooth texture. In this case I select the highest speed, move it up and down all over around
  • I am sure, Your sandwich will feel happy to became a friend of Mr.Hummus ;)
