First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!

0.5 kg of ground cucumbers
1 Vegan joghurt (150g)
1 teaspoon of agave syrup
1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
1 sprig of lovage
pinch of black pepper
great pinch of salt

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Peel the cucumbers and slice on the vegetable grater.
Use blender to mix yogurt, sprigs of lovage, apple vinegar, agave syrup, salt and black pepper. When the texture is smooth add it to cucumbers and stir gently.
