Eggplant in Kashubian style- REMIX 🙃
Inspiration of this "remix" is original recipe by Jadłonomia.
Original version presents very nice and is great either for a lunch or a fancy dinner.
In "remix" ingredients stay almost the same. The only modification is adding increased portion of apple vinegar and water.
It is also served in a different way.
This version let me optimize a bit a time of preparation. I strongly encourage You to try this recipe.
When I do it, I double the ingredients what results in getting 4 jars 1.25l each. I storage it for 4-5 days in the fridge.
It is so good that having the same everyday is perfectly fine 😋👍
