It is a great alternative to a standard version made of meat. You will be surprised and will love it 🙂

Tips:

  • depending on the region, cucumbers in brine (fermented pickles) might be not so popular (if You don't have them use the pickles). Anyway, I strongly recommend to prepare the fermented cucumbers at home or check availability at Your store. It is a natural source of probiotics, so very good for our immunity system,
  • black olives, ribbed celery, mustard seeds, watercress or sprouts will also fit here,
  • serve with bread,
  • keep in refrigerator for max. 5 days;

The original recipe includes agave syrup and red onion. I used maple syrup and the yellow onion instead.
