Hm, it is really amazing. Sometimes I do not even expect such a great result and then I am surprised.

Dairy (cheese, eggs, butter), sugar, wheat flour - this is a standard cheese cake- does it sound like anything healthy?
No, it doesn't. But we love some flavours & taste.
Please note, when You buy ready product You cannot control the quality and ingredients.
About the eggs- even if on daily basis You buy free range eggs, consider that ready products include eggs from cage farming 😟

Cheers cake is full of good ingredients and gives You very similar taste. Just try it and see 🥰

Tips: below ingredients are suitable for the baking pan of 18 cm diameter= 6 servings.

First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!

1 can of white beans (400/240g)
50g of cashew nuts
30g of sugar
50 ml of thick coconut milk
100g of millet flour
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
45g of raisins
baking flavor (baking oils): vanilla + lemon or orange
pinch of cardamom
For decoration: 20g of dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of maple or agave syrup, 1 tablespoon of almond flakes

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Soak the raisins for 10 minutes in warm water- then drain them to use at the end when the dough is ready. Soak the cashews for 15 minutes in warm water- then drain and use blender to grind them. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put into a big bowl: whole content of the can with beans and cashews. Blend it on high speed to get smooth texture.
Add sugar, lemon juice, coconut milk, baking aromas, cardamom and millet flour. Blend it for w while, till the texture is smooth. Add the raisins and stir it gently.
Grease a baking pan with oil (I use a sheet of paper towel) and sprinkle with flour. Place dough into the baking pan and bake for 30 min. 180 degrees.
To prepare the top decoration, melt chocolate in a warm bath. Place chopped chocolate in heatproof dish (glass or stainless steel) and set the bowl into another pot with water. Bring the water to simmer and turn of the heat. Chocolate will start to melt. Add maple or agave syrup to make it less thick. Spred it on the cake. Add the almond flakes on the top.
