First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!

0.5kg of champignon mushroom
1 red onion
5 tablespoons of oil
180g of plain tofu
400ml of oat milk
salt & black peper
a sprig of fresh parsley
3 walnuts

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

Wash the mushrooms and cut into smaller pieces. Cut onion lengthwise. Put them into the heat resistant dish. Add 5 tablespoons of oil, pinch of salt and stir. Roast in the oven for 30 min. in 180 degrees.
Cut tofu into small pieces, add 200 ml of oat milk and blend it. Add mushrooms with onion. Blend it again. After You have the smooth texture add the rest of oat milk.
Add salt and a small pinch of black pepper Bring the soup to a boil. Serve with chopped fresh parsley and walnuts.
