I already mentioned that I love soups. Soups are healthy, yummy and very nutritious🥗.
I appreciate soups in my diet especially during the winter time, but actually any time is good for soups.
Spring is coming. Choosing soups is the best way for healthy and light diet 🥦 🥒 🌶 🌽 🥕and take care of immunity.

Tips: I do not prepare the fresh vegetable broth, each time I cook. I use ready mixtures of salt and dried vegetables. When You use this kind of products look for the ones which DO NOT include: glutamate, palm oil, preservatives.🙂 It is easy to find them.
