Avocado 🥑🥑🥑bread spread

Avocado is healthy and tasty but unfortunately its production is not good for the environment 🧐
It takes about 1000l of water to produce 3 avocados. Also its production is responsible for deforestation.

I buy it only occasionally. I think the recipe that includes avocado, garlic and lemon is quite popular.
I make this a bit different to get more of this yummy spread but without using more avocado 👌

It can be served with the any type of bread or as starter in stuffed tomatoes.
